Sara Pearson Specter, classmates, graduate from WE Lead program

Cincinnati, OH (October 7, 2008)—Sara Pearson Specter, president/owner of Moxie Marketing LLC, has graduated from WE Lead, a Women Excel program designed and administered by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. Along with nearly 50 other program participants, the Class II graduation ceremony was held today at the Bankers' Club in downtown Cincinnati.

Specter and her Class II sisters marked the completion of their 10-month program with a luncheon hosted by the Women Excel leadership committee, including program administrators and Chamber staffers Jessica Baron and Diana Long.

Participants include attorneys, senior management and small business owners from both public and private sectors. The complete roster of participants can be found here.

The WE Lead program targets women on established career tracks who want to gain the skills necessary to advance to higher levels. Started in 2006, participants are women of any age interested in growing their leadership capabilities. Designed for accomplished managers, business owners and leaders, the program helps refine leadership and communication skills for women advancing in both their professions and the community.
